We've added most of what's left from Deanna's scrapbook on the Media & History Page. Next week we hope to add goodies from Cale's scrapbook! ;D
We've also added Ron Boone's 4 part Heart of the Matter special on the Features page.

We have launched our Ron Boone tribute page. We can use alot more material (didn't have as much as we thought! ), but we're off to a good start. We've been told goodies are on the way from various sources, though. And check out the brief news update we found on our hard drive from Paul Urbahns! (Sorry we missed that one, Paul :

Got another project page, one that invites listener/viewer input. We call it The Wayback Machine and the page will feature then and now photos of various businesses and landmarks in Elizabethtown and Hardin County. This type of hallmark feature, a hit with publications such as The Hardin County Independent & The Downtowner (Norfolk, Virginia), as well as historical associations such as the Ancestral Trails Society, will fit in nicely with the site's retrospective look at the area as well as the radio station. Stay tuned!!

For the time being, Oldies1400 Online is going into hiatus, along with sister station WAKYOnline, due to personal issues...this will hopefully be temporary. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Just a little 'radio trivia'...when you hear "L-O-V-E" by Bert Kaempfert being played, know that this is from an actual 45 from the original WIEL library! ...how's that for 'useless' trivia?

Sir John Quincy has found favor with us and has bestowed yet another two PAMS packages, this time of musical beds from the 60's...guess we'll just have to cut promos and such just to share them with you. Also, we hope you have been enjoying the birthday greetings former WIEL employees have been sharing with us, especially the Birthday Montage. Unfortunately, as some of them were already produced with beds, it was next to impossible to cover them and they bled through a bit over the bed we added... ...you know how that goes don't you, Les?
